Q – How long does it take to get my portrait? i.e., What is the lead time?
A – I usually quote a 2-4 week turnaround from deposit payment to delivery (orders outside the UK may take longer due to postage times), but if you have a specific deadline in mind, please let me know, and I will try to accommodate you.
I also offer an express service for an additional £20, where I can complete a drawing within about a week of receiving the deposit payment.
Q – How do you package the Pencil Sketch Portraits to avoid damage?
A – I send the portraits flat-packed (with plenty of protection) via Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm®.
Q – Do you sell/ship to customers outside the UK?
A – Yes, I’m happy to sell/ship to any destination. Please email me and tell me where you want it to go.
Q – In what currency are your prices?
A – All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP), but I’m happy to quote in your local currency if you prefer. Alternatively, PayPal can handle the conversion during the transaction, i.e., you pay via PayPal in your local currency, and I’m paid automatically in GBP.
Q – What colour are the card picture mounts you include?
A – The card picture mounts I include (free of charge) are black.
Q – Do you use a computer program to generate your portraits?
A – Absolutely not! Every example on this website and every portrait I’m commissioned to draw is 100% hand-drawn by me, Angela Maher.
No programs, no AI, just me. :)
